We’ve created accumulation conveyor solutions that contain a unique single filing concept that ensures smooth combining of your products. Our engineers also meticulously crafted and designed an adjustable rail that allows for single-point changeovers anywhere on the line, so you can always keep products rolling. The patented Rapid-Rail® guide rail adjustment system provides rapid line changeover with consistent, accurate and repeatable alterations, so changing from one package to the next on your conveyor system is a breeze.
ProCore® Conveyor System Solutions
Our exclusive ProCore® line features 13 different types of conveyor systems, from MatTop, TableTop and Flat Belt Conveyors to Re-Flow and Rotary Accumulation Tables to Rapid-Rail® and more. Each of these have been manufactured in-house at our facility in Wisconsin for fast delivery and installation onto your floor and tested for increased up-time performance—all at a fraction of the cost of a custom solution.
All 13 ProCore® models are built with a standard base of equipment that allows for modifications for customer preferences, making it a hybrid between standard “one-size-fits-all” and a custom solution—truly the best of both worlds.
