Nercon Eng. & Mfg., Inc. Announces New Product: Modular Vertical Lift

Nercon is excited to announce a new product addition to our conveyor and package handling equipment line. We are excited to announce that our vertical lift is now modular in design and can be easily adjusted for multiple product uses and  heights.

The vertical gripper lift/lowerator has modular features in three major areas. First is the ability to change the elevation of the in-feed and/or discharge in 6” increments, second is the choice of “C” or “S” configuration of the system, “C” for reorienting product and “S” for elevating or lowering  product.  The choice of the hand wheel location on either the left or right hand side of the system is our third modular feature, which allows for more placement options.

The modular gripper, also known as a vertical lift, is suitable for many different industries and can elevate or lower: glass bottles, cans, plastic containers, and pouches, bundles of tissue, cartons and small cases. The continuous movement and gentle handling of the product minimizes damage and backups.
