Nercon's New Engineering Interns
June 04, 2013
Jill Lemmer, Mechanical Engineering student from Michigan Tech, is one of the new Engineering Interns here at Nercon. Jill is in her senior year at Michigan Tech where she is also minoring in Manufacturing. This internship is Jill’s third and she is hoping to gain more insights about mechanical design—Jill’s previous internships were with Caterpillar and Mercury Marine.
Jill was inspired by her uncle to become a Mechanical Engineer because of the engineering stories he shared with her when she was younger. Jill has an open mind set about her career path and is hoping that her experience here at Nercon will lead her to the right engineering career.
Andy Warning: Engineering Intern
Andy Warning is another Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team here at Nercon. An Oshkosh native, Andy studies Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin Platteville and will graduate in a year and a half. Andy has always been interested in engineering and found that mechanical engineering was the right fit for him.
Andy has previously interned for Triangle Manufacturing for the past three summers and says he is happy to be here at Nercon to learn more about how we apply the engineering process to manufacturing conveyors. Andy’s goals are to graduate with in a year and a half and start his mechanical engineering career with a company in the area.
