Teamwork Results in Golf Outing Win

On Saturday, August 25th, in an opportunity to build teamwork and enjoy some friendly competition, employees at Nercon Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. gathered at Utica Golf Course for the 2012 Nercon Golf Outing.

Employees participated in a four-member team scramble where they competed for the best drive and enjoyed each other’s company. Dave Loos, Joe Roesler, Jason Malson, and Steve Zehner were able to swing up a victory and be named 2012’s Golf Outing Champions.

The golf outing was a great opportunity for employees to engage in teamwork not just on the job, but off the job as well. As you may know, golf is usually a very individualized sport, but when playing a scramble it involves relying on other team members to get your team ahead. Nercon uses these same team principles at work to maximize productivity on a daily basis.
