Laning for Gentle Product Handling

Nercon's lateral chain laner is a solution for keeping product handling integrity with no impact. The equipment diverts products into different lanes on a moving lateral MatTop chain without the use of moving guides or side rails. Servo technology is utilized to control the speed and stopping of the chain as it moves between lanes. 

Depending on the application, the lateral chain laner can run up to 150 feet per minute.

This laner can be designed for MatTop chains from 6" to 24". Other variations include a manual hand crank for lane selection, a pneumatically controlled lane changes or VFD motor control. 

For high volume baking production lines, oils and seasonings applied to the product remain intact since there was no side impact needed to handle the baked product while being conveyed.
