Quality Low-Profile Belt Conveyor

A low-profile belt conveyor is used to transport various types of materials or products horizontally or with a slight incline or decline. The low-profile design typically features a thin belt and a compact frame, allowing the conveyor to fit into tight spaces and be easily integrated into existing production lines. These conveyors are often equipped with additional features to meet specific application requirements. Nercon’s low-profile belt conveyor can include options such as adjustable speed controls, various types of belting surfaces to accommodate different product characteristics, and a guide track to ensure belt alignment.

Adding a "V" groove to the belt bed and a v-guide to the bottom of the belt, the system is consistently centered, and belt edge-wear is reduced. Belt wandering, miss-tracks and friction will also be minimized reducing inconvenience maintenance and costs.

Low-profile belt conveyors are available in standard widths of 6", 12", 18", and 24" with a maximum length of 15 feet. If a longer pull section is needed for your operations we recommend using Nercon's flat belt conveyors.
