Nercon an industry leader in manufacturing state-of-the-art custom conveyors and material handling systems, is looking to add another hands-on Lead Person to our 1st Shift Assembly Department. 

Qualifications include:
-Proven mechanical background
-Blueprint reading knowledge
-Excellent communication skills
-Prior supervisory experience in a metals manufacturing environment
 -Ability to build our custom conveyor equipment

Responsibilities include:
-Lead a crew of 2-3 production personnel
-Coordinate job assignments
-Problem solve and help resolve personnel issues
-Develop production staff.
